As a company, we currently exist in two market, but we believe we are ready to take our business to the next level and expand our scope of locations. With your help, we hope to assess our customer landscape beyond the demographics we currently cater to by learning about their expectations and behaviors. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching the target market in potential new locations including demographic data such as spending power, proximity, accessibility, and location appeal, and creating a weighted decision matrix to assign importance to each factor.Creating a survey based on the location and demographic information above to be distributed by our company.Analyzing survey data using the weighted decision matrix to decide on the best location options for us to expand to.Compiling a report including the location analysis, and optimal location recommendations.

Market Expansion strategy for Privately

Main Objective 1: Identify and prioritize the top 3-5 new markets with the highest potential for Privately's age estimation technology, considering factors such as existing regulations, competition, customer demand, and ease of entry. Simultaneously develop an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) while continuing research on the target market and sector. Main Objective 2: Develop a comprehensive market entry strategy for each of the identified target markets, including recommendations for pricing, channel partnerships, marketing tactics, and regulatory compliance. Main Objective 3: Create a detailed implementation plan for the chosen target market, outlining the resources and budget required, team roles and responsibilities, and key milestones for successful market launch. Website UI / UX Design

The main objective of this project is to redesign the UX and UI of WebWatch, aiming to enhance user experience and interface design for improved usability and functionality. Problem Statement/Objective:Learners will be tasked with addressing existing usability issues and enhancing the overall user experience of WebWatch. They are expected to analyse user feedback, identify pain points, and propose solutions to streamline navigation, optimise features, and ensure intuitive interaction with the platform.By the end of the project, learners should deliver a redesigned interface that provides users with a seamless and efficient experience while monitoring and tracking their uploaded images online.Our company would like to explore re-designing our current website with a prototype. We are on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users.This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed.Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign.Learning and using various software design tools. - FigmaCreation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendlyConducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this
