Learners will critically analyze organizational environments and strategies, using a range of strategic management concepts and analytical frameworks and recommend strategic options to improve achievement of business goals and objectives. Whether you are experiencing some business performance challenges or want to strengthen your business for the future, 3rd year business students from ACU will be your learner-consultants to assist though an in-depth analysis and recommendations. They will utilize their management training and knowledge to provide a strategic analysis of your business and to offer recommendations for future directions. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.
Digital Marketing

Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Australian Catholic University to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on two main projects over the course of the semester: a digital marketing audit followed by a digital marketing strategy plan based on audit findings. Students in this program obtain both the theoretical and practical understanding of the Internet marketplace necessary to adapt to the many changes while also equipping them with the skills they will need to perform vital daily functions as a digital marketing specialist. The unit also ensures that the use of technology to facilitate marketing activities does not disadvantage vulnerable consumer segments in the marketplace. Some of the key concepts students would study in this unit are: web analytics, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing and online reputation management.
