research presentation communication team management3rd and 4th Year business undergraduates specializing in Human Resources from the University of Toronto will work in teams of 3-4 students to conduct research on your compensation and benefits challenges. Based on the coursework, students will be able to conduct qualitative analyses of your compensation challenges. For example, they can conduct job evaluation, aligning new job descriptions into the existing compensation structure, or recommend additional benefits to your organization. For example, they can conduct quantitative analyses on relevant market pay data for comparative analyses or use the company's internal data to conduct a pay alignment and equity analyses with relevant industry data and/or data provided by your organization.
--Do a 15 min live (virtual/in person) group presentation with a slide deck and speaking notes for the employer (who needs to attend 8 presentations in person/virtually).
--Employer can ask questions or provide feedback for every team.
