Careerin Tech Society is a nonprofit organization that helps people develop their careers in the tech sector. We worked with 400+ students via Riipen last year to provide work-integrated learnings and help them develop skills and gain working experience.

Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for Human Resources students or teams.

In this project students will be able to work in the following areas:

  • Recruit volunteers and interns (sourcing/screening/interviewing)
  • Improving onboarding/offboarding processes, employee engagement and internal communication
  • Organizing Job Fairs, Career Fairs, HR Community events

We will communicate with our virtual intern using communication tools
