This project will help address our problem with planning, preparing, and informing others on CRC-wide, and product changes impacting service lines, and teams.
- “Process: We’re implementing changes, but realizing negative responses to the change approach”
- “Process: Our projects dive right into solutions. This prevents team members from understanding the big picture, and impact we’re looking to make”
- “Process: We’re receiving new product/application requests, in addition to working on existing projects, without periodically updated progress. This creates an unclear picture on what we’re working on currently, and what will be coming soon, impacting our ability to resource sufficiently.
