Details

The main goal of this project is to foster a digital culture of open information sharing, to empower team members with clear, relevant, and useful information that describes the value TG delivers collectively.

To investigate and suggest improvements for current information sharing on initiative progress, historical implementations, and upcoming changes

This project will help address our problem with planning, preparing, and informing others on CRC-wide, and product changes impacting service lines, and teams.

  • “Process: We’re implementing changes, but realizing negative responses to the change approach”
  • “Process: Our projects dive right into solutions. This prevents team members from understanding the big picture, and impact we’re looking to make”
  • “Process: We’re receiving new product/application requests, in addition to working on existing projects, without periodically updated progress. This creates an unclear picture on what we’re working on currently, and what will be coming soon, impacting our ability to resource sufficiently.
Deliverables

·           Develop a value proposition statement for the organization/unit

·           Identify KPIs for the process and create options for improvement
