In teams of 4-6 students, work on a strategy consulting project for a community partner that, in theory, could be implemented by the community partner in the near future. The goal is to craft a document that analyzes a particular sustainability, leadership and/or strategy challenge/opportunity that a specific organization is facing right now and to present a well-researched, clear and compelling analysis of the issue as well as recommendations for action. The consulting projects should be written at a level that you might expect to see from large consulting firms such as McKinsey or BCG and students should think of your community partners as clients.
Comlete report including : Complete analysis and external benchmarking, strategic assessment, evaluantion. feasbility assessment and implementation, presentation and evaluation. This also includes a presentation.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
A representative of the organization will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.
A representative of the organization will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.
A representative of the organization will be available to review and sign a legal (community service learning) agreement developped by the University of Ottawa.
